The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot, big clean towels rolled up and ready by the pool. 2 Elevators run fast. The room was HUGE! with a super comfortable pull out bed. The Continental breakfast was stocked and restocked with 2 types of omelettes, cheese and eggwhite veggie, both tasted real good!!! They also had hard boiled, yogurts, 3 cereals, fresh raisins and cranberries, hot oatmeal, fresh hot potatoes, endless crispy bacon, assorted muffins/bagels, hot sauces, peanut butter and helly, cream cheese, honey, Apple/Orange/Cranberry juices, Hot tea and coffee. There was an Ice Machine on my floor, pushing out lots of ice fast.

I like how easy it was to get to from where I live. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Double bonus the use dove products for the bathroom products. Nice size bathroom as well. Check-in and out were quick and easy. Free parking on site. We enjoyed the jacuzzi.Great water pressure in the shower and water got nice and hot, which is a plus. The continental breakfast was good , nice size eating area as well. Melissa R.was very helpful in accommodating us with a last-minute request and excellent communication.Melissa kept a great attitude with being short staff , soldout rooms, and youth hockey teams being there. Also, I left my backdrop, and she was able to retrieve it and hold it until the next day for me to pick up. We are definitely coming back. I had the two queen beds room. It looked just like the picture posted on the website.

Very easy check in and check out process and I appreciated that the person checking us in gave us an option of which floor we wanted to stay on. The room was very large and well-appointed and the shower had excellent water pressure. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room though we did not use either. Lots of storage and places to hang things.

The room was large and well appointed. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. Pool and gym areas were clean. Location was perfect for ease of access to all of the local restaurants.

The breakfast was very good. The only problem I had there was that the coffee ran out and I asked the woman to please bring out more coffee. I noticed she was bringing out food to refill the trays so I said nothing more as she did so figuring she would bring the coffee out when she was done with that. Then she just disappeared for a while so I went to the doorway and she was in the back doing nothing. I had to again ask her to bring out more coffee and at that point she did. Other than that one glitch everything else about the place was perfect.

We really enjoyed staying here and will return when visiting family in the area. The pool was great. The exercise room was well equipped and easy to access. Our room was so large and comfortable. The beds were great. It was very quiet for sleeping. The shower and amenities were excellent. The entire place was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was good.

Hot breakfast was very good. Cinnamon rolls and pancakes were my favorite. Liked that they served turkey sausage as well as pork sausage, cheese omelet and scrambled eggs plus biscuits and sausage gravy. The suite was great - very roomy and loved that it had a sink in addition to mini fridge & microwave, plus cabinet to store our snacks. Beds, pillows and sheets very clean and comfortable

The man that checked us in was so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable, like we were a guest at someone's home, not a hotel. I wish I'd gotten his name because you guys did a good job when you hired him! Our room was very clean and comfortable. When we checked out the woman at the front desk was very nice, also. From check-in to check-out it was a wonderful stay, thank you so much.

I like the hotel staff. It was very white and clean. The pancake machine was really cool for the kids. The pool was nice. The ice machine worked. The bathroom on the first floor was nice after drinking cranberry juice with the free breakfast I couldn't make it back to the 2nd floor for my room. The room was big. The boys had plenty of room to run and play it tag.
